We are looking for talent who is intuitive, engaging and refined, to join Rosewood Beijing as the Digital Marketing Manager.

Job summary


Initiate, develop, drive, implement and communicate digital marketing strategies and tactics to ensure the success of the hotel and its respective outlets, across pre-and-post launch phasing.
Driving and establishing e-commerce and online activities across all platforms.
Making data driven decisions and enhance database management.
Implementing best-in class online listings strategy to drive awareness and revenue.
Assists the Director of Communications to ensure all jobs of the Communications Department are completed according to standards and in a timely fashion.
Fulfils required tasks assigned by the Director of Communications to obtain maximum results in accordance with the hotel’s objectives and Sales & Marketing directives.
Coordinates and maintain good rapport with all departments concerned and Rosewood hotels and offices.
To help protecting the correct image and positioning of the hotel and brand by meeting corporate standards in all materials.
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Communications, to handle the development, co-ordination, execution and consolidation of all digital marketing activities through all channels.

 

Essential duties and responsibilities – (Key activities)

Provides support to Director of Communications on the following:

Brand website; social media; online sales channels; online reputation management; SEO/SEM; CRM; online listing; etc.


Be in charge of brand website content optimisation as well as social media platforms by collaborating with the Sales & Marketing team, corporate team and agencies.
Adopt an ownership mindset to optimize e-commerce campaign effectiveness.
Implement best in class content management on all online marketing publishing to represent the brand, improve website performance and enhance user experience.
Regularly measure, analyse, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Assist and coordinate efforts on social media content for wechat, weibo, facebook and instagram in line with corporate guidelines.
Manage content in-house or work with agency partners to deliver on-brand and business generating content.
Explore and discuss alternative approaches for campaigns with the agency, with particular focus on influencer marketing/KOLs.
Manage, monitor, drive all online sales channels to ensure to meet the hotel’s business goal, such as wechat e-shop, Dianping, Koubei, Nuomi, etc.
Manage, monitor and response all online guest reviews and keep the hotel with a positive image.
Ensure that all associates at the hotel understand the impact of digital marketing on the day-to-day hotel operations and the need to create engaging content and increase visibility of the hotel on all digital platforms.
Have a comprehensive understanding of SEO, SEM, meta search, paid search media and display advertising (prospecting and retargeting).
Able to work closely with the digital marketing agency to advise and provide them the necessary information in order to create effective campaigns for the hotel.
Understand the various touchpoints available to acquire customer database.
Create effective direct marketing campaigns with the help of corporate team and the digital marketing agency.
Help establish best practices for database management.
Ensure content on business listings such as online media/website, TripAdvisor, all key OTAs and others are updated regularly to ensure business impact on the hotel, restaurants and all facilities in the hotel.

Have an ability to dream big and pioneer digital innovation within the hotel
Strong analytical skills with an innate ability to use data to present effective arguments and integrate these into digital and marketing strategy.
Demonstrate qualitative results with a clear tie-in to campaign deliverables.

Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/communications or related discipline.
Knowledge of local & international market.
Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.
Good computer skills with minimum requirement in use of Microsoft Windows XP or higher, Microsoft Office 2003 or higher, Internet and other popular publishing software.
Good communication skills.

Experience


1-3 years of digital marketing experience with a luxury/hospitality brand or an agency.
Website content management, platform management and online advertising knowledge required.
