Job Description: Bar Supervisor
1.1.  Reports to the Bar Manager, in his absence to the F&B Manager.
1.2.  Displays good teamwork towards his colleagues.
1.3.  He leads his subordinates, through applied professionalism.
1.4.    May be designated to substitute Bar Manager
1.5.    May be assigned in different outlets based on business demands.
He/She leads their subordinates to perform their assigned tasks to the highest professional standards and in accordance to the standard operating procedures.
·       Acts on issues and concerns in their field of activity immediately, reports action to the Bar Manager.
·       Abides by the task list and ensures their implementation.
·       Maintains an excellent reputation in the eyes of the guests and the staffs.
·       Working hours: the working hours are in accordance with the established duty roster issued by the Bar Manager.  Working hours beyond the schedule will be compensated.
·       Uniforms:  is compelled to wear the assigned uniform.
·       Performance:  as elaborated in the job particulars
·       Drink recipes: is responsible for all Cordevalle drink recipes.
·       Staff:   supervises their assigned staff.
·       Financial competencies: makes sure staff are following proper POS procedures.
·       General competencies: as delegated to them by the Bar Manager.
·       Presents them self’s clean and properly in the job environment.
·       Attends the daily service briefing.
·       Ensures proper handling of equipment, prevents loss and damage to assets and goods.
·       Administers all matters related to the field of activity.
·       Assists the Bar Manager with regular on the job training in order to maintain and improve the standards of service.
·       Assists cleaning and preparation of the bar.
·       Maintains the work environment clean and proper at all times.
·       Follows the correct service procedures.
·       Is fully responsible for his assigned service station.
·       To be team oriented and to be able to cope with high volume of business.
·       To be friendly, attentive with a positive attitude and always using proper language.  Do not speak about personal problems, politics or religious concerns.

·       To be aware and thorough with every training handout
·       Hotel facilities
·       Fire procedures
·       Job description and employees handbook
              ·    LQA Service Standards
               ·     Rosewood Policies, Procedures and Responsibilities
·       Carries out other duties that may from time to time be assigned to them.
