Rosewood Sand Hill is seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator. 
The Guest Relations Coordinator will provide support to the Front Office management and assist with coordinating the various activities associated with the preparation and welcoming of guests in order to provide a product and level of service which is consistent and of outstanding value in terms of quality and satisfaction.
Duties of the position include but are not limited to:
Addresses special guests preferences recorded in guest history profiles.
Makes Reservations including Room Reservations, Dining Reservations for guests – on property & off property, Spa Reservations, Golf Tee Times, Tennis Court & Lesson Reservations, Activities Reservations and Transportation Reservations.
Guest Letters –  will assist with creating, and distributing Guest letters
Guest Preference Forms –will assist with the check and balances for ensuring that all pre-arrival Guest communication has been sent, and when Guest Preference forms are received.
Guest History & Profiles – assists with the upkeep and maintenance of Guest Profiles and Guest History. The Guest Relations Coordinator checks arrival profiles for accuracy and/or missing information and corrects/updates as necessary. Any significant events experienced by the Guest such as EGGs, are entered onto the Guest Profile by the Guest Relations Coordinator and updated for accuracy.
VIP Profiles – As directed by Front Office management, creates a one page summary profile/biography including photo for all VIP  Guests, to be distributed to all Users on the day before the VIP Guest arrives.
Ensures that amenity requests are completed and the appropriate accompanying amenity card completed
A minimum of two years hospitality front office experience
A strong appreciation for delivering exceptional service
A creative and resourceful approach to problem solving
Professional etiquette
Computer literacy and previous experience with Microsoft Office products and Opera
