In your role as our Front Office Manager, you will be leading, motivating and engaging our Reception and Business Centre teams to be the best they can be, whilst ensuring we consistently deliver an exceptional hospitality experience at every step and touch point of the guest journey. Our vision of ‘we always care’ underpins all of our colleague and guest interactions and as a department head, you will naturally demonstrate this in your role model behaviours and your ability to ‘walk the talk’.

Reporting to the Director of Front of House, your relationships with peers such as the Head Concierge, Guest Relations Manager and Director of Housekeeping are key to your success and it’s essential to be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the business and those around you.

Relying on your past experience in a similar role within a 4-5* high volume hotel, you will be focused on developing and implementing learning initiatives as well as responding to guests, helping to create memories for them each and every time they visit. Being solution focused and commercially sound would ensure your success within the position, in addition to this your role will also include assisting in managing budgets and inventory as well as attending various P&L meetings.
