Excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join a well-known, prestigious 4* Hotel in County Galway. Supporting the Head Chef in providing highest level of cuisine to match the outstanding reputation of the restaurant.

Are you looking to develop your talent, be recognized and progress your career? For a Chef de Partie looking to grow their skills and experience this is the ideal role.

• Assist the Head Chef with the running of the kitchen
• Follow the Head Chef’s examples of excellence and efficiency
• Responsible for hot and cold sections in split shifts
• Adhere to HACCP
• Ensure kitchen standards are maintained for customers
• Maintain standards in food preparation and storage


Ideal Requirements:

• Hotel experience in fine dining
• 3-5 years’ experience
• C1 level English
• Experience in hot and cold sections
• Be able to work under pressure
• Able to demonstrate passion for regional and seasonal cuisine
• Have good knowledge of HACCP procedure and regulations
