Duties:
Oversees and direct all aspect of day to day public area operations. Be quick to assess area which needs attention and decisive action. Ensures effective communication among all Front Office personnel and other department. Ultimately, Duty Manager must be an active liaison between management and the guest.
Requirements:
1. 1 years and above working experiences as Duty Manager in a similar hotel.
2. Oral and written fluency in English.
3. Motivated and Team Builder.
4. Adapt to shift work.
