岗位职责
1.Be responsible for all Front Office areas
监督所有前厅区域
2.Maximize occupancy, revenue and average rate while maintaining high service standards
在维持高标准服务水平前提下尽量提高客房出租率、客房收益、平均房价
3.Review arrival information on a daily basis, VIPs, regular guests, , long staying guests, groups, special requests etc. Follow up with relevant department
上岗前查看当日贵宾、常规客人、长住客人、团队客人以及特别要求,并通知有关部门
4.Responsible for management of the Golden Circle Guest Program
负责管理金环会会顾客忠诚計划
5.Set up Systems to monitor achievement of departmental goals and objectives
建立系统监督以便达到部门的目标
6.Manage department strategic planning and development
负责部门战略规划与发展
7.Identify VIP, regular and long staying guest, develop rapport to offer personalized service and assistance
确认贵宾、常规客人和长住客人,并提供个性化的服务与帮助
8.Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures
坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序
岗位要求
1.With strong capability of communication, coordination and management
具有较强的沟通、协调和管理能力
2.Good knowledge and very familiar with all front office area operation
掌握前厅部工作知识并且十分熟悉前厅部日常运行
3.Good English language skill and communication skill
良好的英语能力和沟通技巧
5.Be good at organize and problem solving
良好的组织以及解决问题的能力
6.Good knowledge of corporate program (Golden Circle, Voice of Guest, etc)
熟练掌握相关公司计划( 贵宾金环会,宾客之声等)
7.Good knowledge of front office computer system
熟练运用前台电脑系统
