DUTIES:

Reporting to the Guest Relations Manager, The Guest Relations (officer) will give a positive first and last impression to guests.Assists hotel guests efficiently, courteously and professionally.Takes care of all VIP guests and coordinates with all concerned departments to fulfill guest needs and requests.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

•Greets guests upon arrival and bids farewell upon departure.
•Promotes inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities and aware of banquet events,
•Give courtesy calls and complete the task of Performance Monitor daily.
•Maintains an active presence in the hotel lobby to greet and assist incoming guests – Lobby Position
•Maintains a neat, tidy and professional appearance at all times.
•Being responsible for the Performance Monitor Program.
•Assists guests in providing doctor’s consultation.
•Handles guest complaints immediately and follows up thoroughly.
•Review and prepares next day’s arrival reports for GC, VIPs and those accorded
special status, ensuring that these are highlighted to the management and
necessary related functions are activated.
•Ensures that guest history is updated on a regular basis with accurate
information.
•Assists and coordinates with Front Office Reception to ensure consistent service.
•Promotes inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities and aware of banquet events, hotel facilities, F&B outlets, special promotions for the purpose of assisting guests and offering accurate information.
•Actively obtains feedback from guests to improve services and facilities.
•Maintains an active presence in the hotel lobby and at the main door to greet
and assist incoming guests.
•Inspects VIP room status and amenities in good order prior to guests’ arrival.
•Ensures that, whenever possible, guests receive personal recognition.
•Aware about hotel facilities, F&B outlets, special promotions for the purpose of assisting guests and offering accurate information.
•Assists and coordinates with Front Office reception to ensure consistent service.
•Ensures that guest history is updated on a regular basis with accurate
information.
•Handles guest complaints immediately and follows up thoroughly.
•Assists guests in providing doctor’s consultation.
•Prepares and coordinates the distribution of guest amenities, welcome letters
and fruit setups for VIPs, GC and long-stay guests.
•Escorts VIP guests to their allocated room and explain the facilities and room
features.

program.
•Have the Courtesy Call program with the standard by the required frequency.
•Escorts VIP guests to their allocated room and explain the facilities and room
features.
•Ensures clear communication between Concierge, Front Office, PABX and •Reservations in particular.
•Reports daily activities in logbook and attends daily operations briefings.
•Complies with hotel’s health, safety and hygiene regulations.
•Familiarizes with hotel’s emergency procedures.
•Performs other duties as assigned by Service Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

1+ years experience in a similar position in a 4* or 5* hotel
Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).Fluency in any other foreign language is required
Ability to take initiative and work well under pressure
Service oriented with outgoing personality
  • Idiomas requeridos: Inglés, Ruso y Hebreo.
