We are currently looking for a Front Office Manager to join our pre-opening team. 

 

The Role

The Front Office Manager provides guest services as well as supervision, direction and leadership in the Front Office in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts and the Hotel.

 

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in an international hotel in the same capacity.
  • Strong background in Front Office operations.
  • Well-versed in Opera and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A team leader, motivator and self-starter.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
  • Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
  • Preopening experience a plus
