Summary
As a Guest Service Center Agent you operate the telephone switchboard and
answer all incoming calls for the Sheraton Grand Park Lane and the Park Tower
Knightsbridge, a luxury collection Hotel.
You will answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions or concerns and receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.
All guest requests and defects are logged into the computer and directed to the corresponding department and colleague (e.g. Concierge, Housekeeping) and you follow up with the guest to ensure their request has been met to their satisfaction.
We provide information to guests about room features, property amenities and outlets, and local areas of interest. You will assist guests with accessing the internet and process wake-up calls.
We create bookings for the Afternoon Tea in Palm Court and the Mercante restaurant as well.
