The Role:

We are looking for a service minded individual to act as the first point of contact internally for SiteMinder across a variety of technologies to provide exceptional service to our growing employee base. You will be responsible for setting up new starters, responding to all internal IT support issues, asset management and liaising with IT vendors. The role will involve high levels of problem analysis and using initiative to resolve issues quickly and accurately. We’re looking for a true self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities at the same time!

Sobre ti

What you will bring:
  • Strong knowledge of Apple OSX and a background of supporting Apple hardware
  • Familiarity with Google Apps and other cloud based software such as Office 365, Slack, Google Suite, Samange
  • Proficiency in Voip and PBX management, preferably 8x8
  • Strong networking skills, preferably Cisco Meraki
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision
  • Holds a high level of integrity and professionalism understanding the importance on confidentiality
  • Experience in managing ICT projects and delivering on time and within budget
  • Willingness to work above and beyond to get resolutions to issues and stay back when needed
  • Thinks outside of the goldfish bowl; solving problems with creativity Smart, and able to apply it with common sense
  • Approach everything that is thrown at you with gusto, energy, and dedication
  • Can smile and laugh whilst working under pressure, and juggling multiple things at once
  • Happy to work autonomously, and within a high performing close knit team, where ideas are debated

  • As a Desktop Support Analyst you will:
  • Assist our employees with the installation, configuration and usability of hardware, software and equipment.
  • Onboarding new users.
  • Be the first (and only!) point of contact for internal IT support in Dallas, ensuring you respond quickly and effectively to keep our operations running smoothly.
  • Maintain the helpdesk system that prioritizes the most important issues and ensuring that all issues are responded to, dealt with, recorded and communicated in an effective way.
  • Prioritize issues and demonstrating a strong solutions focused mindset in a fast paced environment.
  • Procure new hardware and software, maintaining the asset register, and renewing licenses as required.
  • Maintain and improving SiteMinder’s LAN and WAN networks, including Switch, Port and Router management.
  • Enforce SiteMinder’s standard operating environment policy.
  • Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing, peripheral equipment, and software.
  • Conduct trouble shooting, testing and reporting as required.
  • Be an internal SiteMinder ambassador, helping our employees feel engaged and valued by providing seamless service to our staff resulting in a smooth introduction to our growing community.
  • Support the Global ICT Manager as required, enabling the expansion and growth of SiteMinder’s technical capabilities.
  • Any other duties as required
