To help us further achieve on our milestones and help build our future we are seeking a Growth Operations and Strategy Generalist to join the Growth Operations team who work with areas of the business to drive and enable growth.

They do this by leading end to end projects, deliver objective analysis and insights, incubate new roles and execute on high priority strategic initiatives.

As the Growth Operations and Strategy Generalist your role might involve designing new business processes for scale or optimise our marketing investments or help build and launch new products or unlock new revenue opportunities. Whatever it is, you will work on what will move the needle most for SiteMinder.

Sobre ti

What you could expect in the role:
  • Partnering with senior leaders and teams across the entire business to drive high priority strategic initiatives
  • Analysing business drivers and levers to identify opportunities and issues that will deliver the most value for SiteMinder
  • Designing solutions with a broad lens (people, data, technology, process), establishing buy-in and support from cross-functional teams, and then driving their implementation
  • Seamlessly flexing across multiple opportunities such as up-selling, sales conversion, marketing performance, customer retention, partnerships, business development
  • Using tools like SFDC, Marketo, Intercom, Tableau, Excel, SQL, and whatever else you will need to gather and analyse data to help inform decisions
  • To be successful in this role:
  • You have 2-7+ years of work experience and a background in strategy consulting or finance AND ideally in technology startups. We are hiring across a range of experience levels to the team
  • You enjoy analysing business drivers and levers, getting deep into the data, using first principles thinking, and consistently delivering great results
  • You are a self starter with high energy and a proven ability to roll up your sleeves to get things done
  • You are a team player with a humble attitude and a hunger to make an impact in a role where the sky's the limit
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation from the most senior to most junior
  • You are passionate about technology, data, and SaaS business
  • Bonus points if you have experience with SQL or a willingness to learn
