Who We Are…

Soho House is a collection of private members' clubs and restaurants spread throughout Europe, the UK and America.  Each house and restaurant maintains its own personality and atmosphere but the ethos has remained the same; serving fantastic cocktails and simple but delicious food in a comfortable and relaxed environment.

The Venue…

A converted warehouse in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District, 30 bedrooms of varying sizes, Drawing Room, Club Bar, Library, Pantry Bar, Restaurant, Screening Room, Rooftop with Swimming Pool, 44-seat Screening Room and Cowshed spa.

The Role…

  • To deliver to our guests a total passion and commitment to excellence                                       
  • Responsibility for the care of hotel guests throughout their visit                                                                                            
  • To use own initiative and to personally take any action appropriate to deliver a first class service          
  • Assist Front Desk Manager by taking responsibility for check-in, concierge duties and check-out                   
  • To meet, greet and bid farewell to all guests – with a smile and making eye contact                                                                    
  • To escort guests to their room whenever possible and taking their luggage                                                    
  • Take responsibility for the presentation of the front of house                                                                           
  • Fully understand and operate the telephone and paging systems                                                                                    
  • Fully understand and operate the hotel property management system and restaurant reservation systems            
  • Assist Reservation Team with hotel enquiries and reservations                                                                       
  • To have an understanding of the restaurant operation                                                                                               
  • To fully understand the different hotel tariffs and special offers                                                                                     
  • Accountable for the Front Desk cash handling issues                                                                                            
  • Ensure good communication with all departments with guest’s special requests and feedback whether good or bad
  • To be fully familiar with the hotel layout                                                                                                                                           
  • To have a basic knowledge of the surrounding area in order to assist guests with their queries                
  • To have a good product knowledge in order to increase sales whenever possible
