The Role…

At Soho House the Membership & Events Manager for Soho Works (“Works”) is responsible for directly building and defining the local membership community, as well as ensuring the culture, experience and profits are maximized through events and partnerships. In addition to being a direct contact and resource for members, the Membership & Events Manager is a custodian presiding over access to the Works site and preserves shared workspace rules and conduct. They personally drive and maintain the productivity of the membership community and take an active role in members’ events and benefits.

A successful Membership & Events Manager at Works oversees membership and events, responsible for event curation and ensures membership intake targets are achieved and the overall experience within the shared workspace is elevated, approachable and rememberable.

The Membership & Events Manager will report to the General Manager with a dotted line reporting structure to the Head of Membership & Communications and Head of Events (or Events Manager) for your region, with whom they will work to ensure we recruit creative, quality members, curate high caliber Works-focused events, and keep the “magic” throughout all Works properties.

This role will be based at the Works you are hired for.
