Front Office - Executive Lounge Agent
Main responsibilities:1. According to the Shanghai always  service standard provides guests with pleasant, courteous, efficient professional services.2. Flexible working, according to the instruction from the head or hotel management personnel, in the different departments or help complete all the areas, meet the requirements of the guests.3. Follow the instructions of the hotel business need to complete the management of each work.4. Clear master Swissotel Grand Shanghai in Shanghai and all services provided by the executive lounge, relevant information, promotion and facilities. And have a good knowledge of adjacent area of the hotel.5. Provide professional catering and cleaning services. Provide service in five dining time, and in the executive lounge operation time response of all guest needs. Set up and clear the counter, buffet, tea and service area.6. Accurately obtain the guest's food needs and complete.7. Attention to the guest to the service satisfaction, careful insight into whether or not they have any need.8. Familiar with the knowledge of all food and beverage, including ingredients, production methods, etc. Can answer any questions put forward by the guest on food.9. Be familiar with all aspects of services, including table, cups, cutlery, deserve to act the role of placement.10. In order to guarantee the normal operation of the administration building, accurate place all of the items, including buffet, desk and chair, inventory, toast, and daily food every meal
Qualifications:
We are looking for a well organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to display a “passion for perfection” and work in a dynamic environment. In addition, the candidate should possess:
 
·         Fluent in English and Mandarin oral and written
·         At least 1 year experience, that of calling centre as a plus
·         College and above Hospitality Management Major as a plus
·         Ability to work with enthusiasm, passion and initiative. Observe in details. Available for flexible working time and quick paced environment
·         Opera system 4.0 experience as a plus
·         Proficient in Opera system basic version, Fidelio system and Micro software
