You like …

To make our guests smile throughout their stay and always surprise them with your initiative and high quality guest service
To accompany guests on their journey, from taking a booking inquiry, over the check in to the billing at check out and all the little things in-between
To make decisions independently for the benefit of the guest
To work in a fantastic international team and collaborate with all other departments

The difference you make:

Ideally you have successfully completed an apprenticeship in the hotel and catering industry or equivalent
Your experience in 4* or 5* properties of similar size
Excellent language skills in German and English, another foreign language is an advantage
Passion to provide a personalised guest experience
