What are you really good at? Your office is in Rostock and you contribute your talent for the hotels in North-East Germany! You like….

to be responsible for approx. 8 hotels in your cluster, lead the members of the technical staff to ensure the smooth running of the hotel business as well as be responible for the maintenance, service and repair work of all technical facilities.
to define and supervise the compilance with our standard processes as well as leading our safty standards
to supervise the compilance with formalities and law in technical and engineering issues
to establish and implement cost-reduction measures (e.g. reducing energy consumption, environmental impact ect.)
to support the Corporate Office in Vienna in planning structural alterations

The difference you make:

several years of operative experience in the field of technic especially in hotel business
you have successfully completed your technical studies (supply, electrical or domestic engineering) especially in electrical engineering or a HKLS training
your experience in cost management, budget planning and Forecasting
your confidence in business discussions and excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point)
your independant and precise way of working and your analytical and structured mindset
