Responsible for supervising the day to day operations of the Reservations department, provide training, coaching, and counselling to all team members.
Work closely with the Sales and Events Teams to maximise the revenue of the hotel. Manage third party sites and agents to establish rates in according to the selling strategy of the hotel.
Job Requirements
Experience - 3 years supervisory experience in Reservations department in the luxury hotel
Education - bachelor degree in hospitality or relevant discipline
Technical/ functional competencies - experience in computer skills (Microsoft Words, Excel & PowerPoint). Knowledge of Opera is a plus.
Language skills - fluent in Cantonese and English
