Job Summary

A Lead Spa Concierge is responsible ensuring a flawless Spa journey from beginning to end. You will lead guests from making their reservations, greeting as they enter the spa and fitness center, maintaining cleanliness in the locker and fitness areas and closing the experience with retail assistance. In addition, you would be responsible for addressing guest concerns, managing product inventory, providing clear communication with the team, assist the Supervisor and ensuring smooth operations in the Manager or Supervisors absence.

What will I be doing?
As a Lead Spa Concierge you would be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe and relaxing/fun environment for guests in the hotel''s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Answer phones and make Spa reservations
  • Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area including, but not limited to, cleaning the locker rooms and fitness area in accordance with federal, state, local and company standards
  • Assist in monitoring facility use to ensure guest safety
  • Conduct financial transactions, as needed
  • Perform general Spa duties, as needed
  • Assist guests in Spa retail purchases

Must Have:

  • Minimum of 2 years in related field
  • Professional presentation
  • Basic computer skill''s
  • 5 Star Luxury Hotel experience (strongly preferred)

Qualifications for Lead Spa Concierge

Must have:

Minimum 3 years in similar experience
Strong English language skills and communication skills
Professional presentation
Ability to work with maximum accuracy
Efficiency and attention to detail, maintaining a keen sense of urgency at all times
Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment, must be self-directed, motivated and demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills 
Excellent ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and openly in all interactions
Ability to actively demonstrate initiative in job performance, including anticipating what needs to be done before it becomes a necessity 
Excels in a team environment
The ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data
Basic computer skills

Strongly preferred:
5 Star experience highly preferred
Luxury experience
Training in Forbes standards of service preferred
Strong preference for candidates with additional language skills in German, French, Spanish, Arabic, Japanese, Korean or Chinese
Previous cash handling experience
