Sales Strategy Analyst

About the Role:
The Sales Strategy Analyst will be responsible for acting as support to the EMEA Head of Sales and International leadership team, assuming day-to-day responsibility for projects and tasks that require key focus.
He/She will support in the execution and operations of strategic business initiatives for the International Leasing, Real Estate, Product, Broker & Sales & Transaction Services departments, helping create cross-regional best practices & synergies.
This role will report to the Commercial Director, Sales overseeing all sales and projects within the region.
You will be expected to:
- Serve as support between staff, executives, senior leaders, and the Head of Sales, EMEA regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
- Support daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders
- Build and develop relationships with employees to increase efficiency and responsiveness in existing and planned operations
- Help to support new operational strategies, working alongside Commercial Director, Sales, Head of Sales, EMEA, departmental heads and Senior Lead, Sales Strategy
- Support in handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications
- Support in strategic initiatives by supporting and reporting results back to the Commercial Director, Sales
- Within strategic initiatives, demonstrates flexibility because some initiatives may not fit neatly into
- Helps members of the executive support staff to perform their duties to the best of their ability
- Provides training and coaching for any and all departmental staff members
- Organises a calendar and keeps track of multiple projects at the same time
- Keeps up with industry trends by reading literature and communicating with peers
- Acts as a representative of the Commercial Director, Sales
Experience and Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or similar field
- 2+ years of experience in advanced B2B sales or commercial real estate
- Knowledge of commercial real estate markets and underwriting
- Proven experience helping organise and provide direction for multiple teams and departments
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
- Extremely versatile and analytical, dedicated to efficient productivity
