Role Description
WeWork is looking for a Sr. Lead, CRM & Email Marketing to help manage global email campaigns from inception to deployment. This role will work closely with our Global Director, CRM & Email Marketing to facilitate campaigns and act as the bridge between segment strategists and email executors. This person should thrive in environments with high cross-functional collaboration and be comfortable working at a fast paced company with a global footprint.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Delivery:
- Partner with the Global Director, CRM & Email Marketing on the conception, build, and delivery of global prospect and member email programs
- Project manage new email program requests via JIRA ticketing system, providing coverage across all regions globally
- Act as QA (Quality Assurance), ensuring all campaign requests from stakeholders have all necessary requirements pre launches, from a content, data, and setup perspective
- Be the subject matter expert on “all things WeWork email” and serve as the point person for the broader global Marketing team on email programs and performance
- Work with the Director of CRM & Email to craft strategic test programs using A/B and MV test strategies to optimize experience and messaging
- Regularly review email performance with the Director of CRM & Email, identifying optimization opportunities
- Multi-tasking skill set is key: need ability to prioritize multiple concurrent and time-sensitive requests
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of email marketing or marketing campaign management experience
- Strong subject matter expertise in customer-facing email marketing campaigns
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Simon Data preferred)
- Experience with A/B testing and email optimization for conversion and engagement
- Deep understanding of email KPIs, metrics, and reporting
- Analytical approach; comfortable working with data and digging into numbers
- Familiarity with backend ESP health: deliverability, inboxing, IP warming, and monitoring
- Comfortability with HTML and AmpScript a plus, but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
- Self-starter and self-direction is a requirement
