My responsabilities as Head of Recepcionist: -Taking care of the good guest relations done by the staff -Receptionist Coordinator, organizing shifts and holiday rotations -Supervision of the booking sheets daily to ensure that these are properly completed and identify special customer requirements on arrivals and stay -Share with the staff the business and department objectives -Represent the staff to the Camping Management -In charge of improving reception’s service, contributing with ideas and assuring the cooperation and participation of its staff
