    Responsibilities as a Rooms Division Manager: Focused on (Front Office Management, Housekeeping Management, Reservations & Revenue Management, Lost Prevention Management). • Oversees overall day-to-day hotel operations as delegated by the General Manager. • Participates in the development of short-term and long-term financial and operational plans for the hotel which support the overall objectives of the Company. • Assists General Manager with the execution of marketing, sales, and operational activities, producing results that meet or exceed the hotel’s business plan. • Assists General Manager with the monitoring of the performance of the hotel through verification and analysis of guest satisfaction systems and financial reports. Suggests and implements corrective actions. • Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints. Suggests and implements corrective actions. • Creates an operating environment that assures consistent guest satisfaction. Ensures proper handling of guest complaints. • Ensures implementation of appropriate technology solutions to increase customer service and hotel revenues. • Ensures the efficient and effective operation of the Housekeeping, Front Office, Security, Sales, Reservations, and Revenue departments. • Establishes and maintains a pro-active human resource function to ensure employee motivation, training and development, wage and benefits administration, and compliance with established labor regulations. • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. • Understands the government regulations affecting hotel’s operations, ensuring hotel is operated in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, and requirements of any federal, state or municipal authority. • Ensures implementation of applicable preventive maintenance programs that protect the physical assets of the hotel. • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities of Revenue Management: • Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day to day yield operations. Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. • Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends. Create and maintain a 13-month rolling demand calendar. Responsible for assessing, analyzing and pricing group business strategies. • Developing pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotel. • Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons. Conduct quarterly property performance review and develop strategic and tactical action if required. • Manage and oversee strategy for all direct, indirect, OTA and 3rd party distribution channels. • Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies. • Responsible for best practice standards to include: competitor analysis; environmental scanning; market modeling; distribution yield management; business mix yield management; length of stay yield management; inventory availability by channel; pricing control and new pricing concepts • Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operator, corporate, consortia, crew, groups, etc). • Reduce the cost of distribution by finding new less expensive means of delivering business • Prepare outline for supporting the annual revenue budget process.

     I have got a special assignment to perform, as an Acting General Manager for 06 months from Feb to July 2016 in Four Points by Sheraton Dhaka, Bangladesh. Beside my designated responsibilities considering my career history and my performance. Having ultimate responsibility for overall operations of the hotel. Also in charge of delivering results exceed guest satisfactions and financial performance objectives during my tenor. It was a great learning opportunity for me and I have successfully completed my tenor with a remarkable result. Specially it was recognized by my regional team and by the Owner.

     Successfully completed integration from Starwood to Marriott as on property Implementation Manager on 2018-19.

     Achieved more that 85% and higher in all brand audits that I have faced in last 04 years as a Brand Champion in Four Points Dhaka and Four Points Kolasin.
