I am a charismatic, enthusiastic, self motivated, outgoing and hard working person. I have a natural gift for customer service. During my experience in the hospitality I have developed my skills building teams and setting goals for them and myself.
I like to manage my team following the values of leadership and trust, which I believe creates a good work environment in which employees are happy and it is transmitted to our customers. I am good at solving problems because I am empathetic and I always look for the best solution for the client and the hotel.
Currently I am seeking for a new challenge in my career which allows me to increase my knowledge and where I can apply my leadership qualities and professional manner acquired in my previous experiences.
