I have a degree in Hotel and Tourism Management. Having acquired experience and knowledge in the sector (given by working in some of the best restaurants in the world) I would like to be able to leave the most operational part of the sector and be able to learn the administrative part.
I am a proactive, enthusiastic and initiative person when it comes to doing my job. I can work without problems in a team and deal with stress.
The fact of having worked in kitchens of great category has helped me to learn to manage my time, resources and space in an efficient way.
