Introduction
Sir/Madam,
I am a hard working individual looking to work in the F and B side of the hospitality industry. I am currently on a gap year. Through working a summer job, I paid for myself to go on the EBS bar tending course in Barcelona this October and have just graduated. To pass I had to master free pour, flair, bar management skills, memorise 80 of the most well known cocktails, learn all the current bartending techniques and gain spirit knowledge. I am friendly and enjoy drawing in customers to the art of cocktail making.
