Responsible for the set up of all conceptualizations, brand standards and especially unique Food & Beverage concepts chain-wide (steakhouse, fish market restaurant, world-wide tapas, health food cafe & bakery, among others). Simultaneously, as General Manager for the first flagship project in Ibiza, Marble Stella Maris, full refurbishment of the 120.000 m2 300 room club hotel, upgrade of the resort from the run down 3 star hotel with one buffet restaurant to full 4 star resort, with a 60 room 5 star elite section, upgrade of spa facilities, and 8 new F&B outlets. Successful set up, implementation, reopening and rebranding, and running a full occupancy summer, and setting up winter programme. Achieved 1,5 million GOP in the first 2 months of re-opening, average guest satisfaction of 8 to 10, very low 0,05% guest complaints, brought staffing up from 44 to 178 and achieved controlled only 2% staff turnover in Ibiza's very complicated staffing conditions.
