My experience includes successfully working in the culinary industry for more than twenty five years. I have worked in many restaurants and hotels, in different countries. I began as a lunch cook in a café and after that I went to several cooking schools. I have worked in Mediterranean, international, French and Greek kitchens. During the years I have cooperated with many people in different places. I have worked on several skills, which makes me a versatile cook.
My proven success in food preparation and general kitchen operations along with my strong focus on food safety and facility cleanliness will totally contribute immensely to the success of any hotel/restaurant.

Preparing warm and cold food for the restaurant ( ala carte), buffet for weddings , conventions and breakfast. Making shopping list , control the items.
Lunch Menu preparation, cooking for extra menu & dinner. Control the items , make sure that everything used is fresh.
