I am a British national, originating from Bingley, West Yorkshire. England, currently residing in St. Lucia, West Indies.

As an experienced professional, stemming from prestigious, international spa properties. A former full time Spa & Beauty Therapy Lecturer & facilitator with industry experience spanning over two decades, I feel I have the desired framework to complete any position from Spa Manager, Director of Spa, Trainer or even Spa therapist.

I am able to demonstrate & encompass knowledge with strategic operational development for commercial growth & trending facilitation. With an enthusiastic outlook, I believe I have the tenacity to evaluate situations with a diverse range of technical, managerial and business skills. Allowing strategies to be seen through to fruition.

As a Spa Director & manager with operational skills, I have formats for effective financial planning & budgetary control with a comprehensive business background. I have implemented Initiatives for effective work ethics & productivity to motivate multi-cultural teams, maintaining consistency for outstanding customer service, liability & profit margins.
