Responsible for F&B outlets, knowledgeable to all jobs descriptions and Marriott stander relating to functions within department recognize good quality products and present according to company's standards and profits, having knowledge of all sanitation standards throughout the F&B operation .
Set priorities regarding training needs with F&B, develop a team, carry out firm and fair employee treatment, maintain two way communications with related departments, monitor budget via (controllable costs- progress reports – sanitation and safety)
Made the entire menu of all F & B Outlets with the executive chef
