I am senior in the hospitality and my extensive experience has taught me to be very flexible in terms of work schedules, roles and most importantly it has taught me to multi-task and to manage every different aspect within a 4*-5* hotels and restaurants, such as boutique or large company.
I love providing for an excellent customer service, solving problems, working in a team and keep commitments.
I’ve archived hotel operation manager experiences but also with financial aspects such as sales, marketing and revenue.
Because of that I am able to manage an Hotel Front Office / Back Office / Concierge and F&B departments.
