- Monitors the sales team production and activities through daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Oversees the administration of the sales team concerning internal communication, filing systems, office workflow processes, inventory control and daily correspondences with clients.
- Monitors and supervises the gathering of marketing statistics, current market trends and implement strategies according to the analysis conducted.
- Monitors and controls the database of the hotel ensuring regular updates.
- Recommends the solutions and strategies to further improve the sales performance.
- Ensures that the sales team is trained to effectively negotiate with the clients to assist the hotel to achieve the necessary results.
- Draw up together with the sales team and concerned departments necessary sales promotion and packages.
- Participates in brand promotions and other group marketing activities as required to benefit the hotel performance.
- Maintains regular contact with the clients and report any adverse comments to the management for rectification.
