An exciting opportunity has become available for a Distribution Systems Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for the 1st level support of all distribution systems and projects rolling out across the Pacific region, including new hotel on-boarding, training & support through to delivery and adoption in the business.

 

This role has the opportunity to be based from our Gold Coast or Sydney Office.

 

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities

  • Provide 1st level support of Distribution Systems, including TARS, ResaWeb, DataWeb, ANAIS and other systems used and introduced by Accor in relation to Distribution
  • Support the facilitation of training on platforms, API connectivity, and Channels to Revenue Management and Reservations teams across the region
  • Log all tasks, issues and requests in the provided ticketing system
  • Assist with the rate development process each year
  • Support the Rates loading process as required
  • Provide ongoing support to properties with the setup of Channel Manager and third party suppliers ensuring seamless connectivity is managed at all times
  • Support loading, testing and participate in the critical path processes for all new connections with third party suppliers
  • Support the development of training tools and documentation for both properties and revenue to ensure distribution is understood and managed

 

 

What we need from you

  • 2+ year’s experience as a Reservations Team Leader or Supervisor with a strong customer service and sales background
  • An understanding of Revenue Management concepts with a good eye for detail
  • Ability to manage your time and workflow accordingly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication coupled with great interpersonal skills and great phone manner
  • Well-developed problem solving, analytical and planning skills
  • A high level of computer literacy
