  • 5 years Operational Leadership Experience in Hospitality

  • Hotel openings, closing, integrations
  • Managed properties
  • Owner relationship
  • Talent development as a serious matter
  • Business Analysis and BRM's (Business Review Meetings) experience

    Looking after a network of 21 hotels, you will be responsible for:
  • Manage customer and employee satisfaction of all hotels network of his region
  • Implement, keep, develop a service culture among all the stakeholders
  • Ensure high levels of health and safety standards
  • Ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Ensure high levels of Heartists Engagement
  • Ensure attraction and retention of talents
  • Oversee critical situations, lead key decisions
  • Constantly evaluate, give feedback and follow up on talent development
  • Ensure all hotels have the best productivity, profitability and efficiency, keeping customer, employees, owners and management company satisfied, however keeping values, Talent & Culture recommendations and brand standards accordingly to the management company recommendations.

    Additional Information:


    Besides your role with your direct hotels, you will supervise a group of Area Managers, Franchise Managers, Operations Manager and F&B Managers

    You will report to the COO Hispanics & North America and will be part of the Executive Committee and the region and management committee of South America

    You will be based in Bogotá, Colombia, but travelling will be part of your day-to-day business, as you will be directly responsible for the hotels of Colombia & Perú

    You are required to speak an advance English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
