Job Description


Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As Food & Beverage / Banquet Supervisor, you will care for and lead the operation of all Food & Beverage outlets, which consists of LeBar, CDA Restaurant, In-Room Dining and supporting Banquets as needed. You ensure that both your ambassadors and guests enjoy memorable experiences.

    What you will be doing:

    • Supervise the daily operation of the food & beverage outlets, engaging the team to deliver memorable dining experiences
    • Creating unique and elevated event experiences for our clients, guests and meeting attendees
    • Driving engagement through emotional intelligence and genuine connections with our Heartists and guests
    • Elevating standards and thinking outside the box
    • Be empowered to lead operations and address guest feedback

    Qualifications


    Your experience and skills include:

    • Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
    • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
    • Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
    • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
