Job Description
  • To ensure that all C/I and C/O are made in line with the standards established, will be especially attentive on the audit, immigration and guest history issues.
  • Attentive on all information received during the different briefings, will be active and dynamic in participating in these different discussion opportunities. 
  • To increase the hotel revenue typing the up sells the guest who are checking in a tactful manner and in line with the up selling procedures.





Work Experience
  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • 1 year experience in guest service operation with international hotel chain.
  • Good in English communication.
  • Computer literate
