An exciting opportunity has become available for a Loyalty Operations Manager, Pacific to join our team. This role is responsible for the management & continual improvement in delivery of Accor Loyalty programmes across the Pacific. This includes responsibility for the acquisition & retention of members, with a focus on growing the member base, increasing member satisfaction and loyalty performance within our hotels throughout the Pacific.

 

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities

  • Drive the capture and delivery room nights and revenue from all Loyalty Members
  • Drive member satisfaction metrics (i.e. NPS / RPS)
  • Champion the loyalty programs internally to ensure all elements of the company understand the loyalty strategy and its goals
  • Develop and execute member offers with the objective of achieving key business targets
  • Look for opportunities to add value to the membership of all loyalty programmes through current and new Accor activities and campaigns
  • Lead and develop loyalty ambassadors to ensure hotel teams are supported with local experts within the region and property
  • Be responsible for the overall performance of key loyalty metrics in line with strategy for Pacific and Global
  • Work closely with all parts of the business to ensure commercial goals of the programmes are met
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with all stakeholders both internally and externally


What we need from you

  • Experienced in hotel marketing, loyalty program management, guest experience management in hotel or other relevant industry 
  • Digital, direct marketing, CRM and program management highly advantageous
  • Experience in managing member acquisition & loyalty activation/retention campaigns 
  • Loyalty communication & training experience is highly regarded 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, sound knowledge of PowerPoint and intermediate to advanced level Excel experience
  • Proficient in the use of reporting / ad-hoc analysis tools. Experience with Cognos will be highly regarded
