We are looking for an individual who has what it takes to be an outstanding C&E Coordinator in the Novotel Liverpool City Centre, a beautiful 4-star hotel located at the heart of the City centre.
Responsibilities:
As C&E Coordinator, your passion and drive will be to oversee the successful operations of 10 meeting spaces, working aside with the Food and Beverage Manager and Head Chef.
Will be responsible of animate, coordinate and host the events happening both in the meeting spaces and the restaurant.
Maintain guest satisfaction with personalized and courteous service at all times.
Your experience and skills include:
- Must have previous F&B Experience
- Able to understand and analyse all business reports such as forecast, lost business, BOB, accounts productions etc.
- A can-do positive attitude that enables, empowers and inspires others
- Guest oriented and service minded, with attention to detail and quality
- Good sales skills
- Dynamic
