- First year: Kick off your journey by mastering the service areas! From the restaurant to banquets and the kitchen, you’ll learn the essentials to get your hospitality career started.
- Second year: Step it up! Deepen your knowledge and explore housekeeping, purchasing, and administration. Each department offers new challenges and insights.
- Third year: Shine like a star! Perfect your skills in sales & marketing, events & groups, and focus on reception – the heart of the hotel experience.
