Job Description

Within the Group Internal Communication & Corporate Brand department, you will work with the Corporate Events team to coordinate transversal projects at a global level. The objective is to organize and monitor impactful events to create engagement across our internal audiences, mainly in headquarters.


You will be part of various projects, working with our team involved in events and especially:

  • providing support to corporate events as well as communication and internal activations within our Global headoffice (+2000 employees) working on projects such as: Paris 2024, Challenge Yourself : our Sports & Wellness Program, Summer Academies for top managers, Christmas Party…
  • you will also be conducting post-event return on experience / KPI and publications reviews.


Profile required

Level of Education: Master / MBA - Bac + 4/5

Area of study: Communication, business school,

Languages: French and English (fluent)

  • Rigorous and with a good capacity of anticipation
  • You are a team player and know how to lead several projects at the same time
  • Reactivity and autonomy
  • Curious and creative
  • Editorial and oral skills

Work environment

  • Location : Corporate Headquarters at Issy les Moulineaux, Tour Sequana, France
  • Remote work possible 2 days/week
  • No travels indicated
