Job Description
Comme stagiaire (38 heures par semaine) vos tâches principales seront :
- Accueillir les clients et les informer
- Veiller au bon déroulement du séjour des clients du check-in jusqu’au check-out
- Anticiper et répondre aux besoins des clients
- Valoriser les différentes prestations de l’hôtel
- Participer à la fidélisation des clients
- Traiter les appels et les diriger vers le service concerné
Qualifications
- Connaissance du Français et/ou du Néerlandais + bonne connaissance de l’anglais
- Aisance relationnelle, sens de l’accueil et du service
- Esprit d’équipe
- Capacité d’écoute et d’anticipation
- Bonne présentation, bonne élocution
- Dynamique et souriant
- Résistant au stress
