A fantastic opportunity has arisen as Room Attendant or Evening Room Attendant to join the Baglioni Hotel London on a full-time basis. We are looking for a passionate individual to cater, deliver and exceed our guests’ needs and expectations. The ideal candidate will provide the highest levels of personalised five-star customer service and standards.
Reporting into the Butler Services and the Executive Housekeeper, the responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following tasks and performances:
- Cleaning of hotel rooms for arrivals, departures, turndown and general servicing, as well as cleaning of public areas and hotel back of house areas;
- Clean the guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standards of cleanliness, in accordance with LQA and Baglioni Operating standards;
- Clean all rooms, fittings and furniture with caution avoiding breakages or damages;
- Ensure work area is maintained in a clean and efficient manner;
- Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities in line with company guidelines;
- Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks as and when required;
- Ensure all guests are being treated in an efficient, courteous and professional manner, and in accordance with all Baglioni standards;
- Identify and pass on to the Supervisors on duty any potential problems and/or VIP requests;
- Ensure guest privacy and security and makes sure that confidential information and guest details is not disclosed;
- Carry out lost property procedures;
- Ensure to be fully conversant with all the cleaning products to be used on a daily basis;
- Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and posture.

- Have previous experience in a similar type of luxury environment.
