The Travel Support is responsible to act as an information and sales resource and point of contact for the Belmond portfolio, but specifically for the Trains & River Cruises division. This role specifically focuses on the handling of Inbound and Outbound Customer Service & Sales related calls including: reservation modifications, reservation cancellations, handling tour operators, making new sales, invoicing and providing information. This includes managing client travel documentation and ensuring that follow-up touch points for payment and passenger details are maintained.
The core purpose of this role is to provide the most efficient and highest quality service to our clients in order to support Belmond’s goals of best in class Contact Centres across the globe.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer calls and send appropriate follow-up information when required
- Demonstrate sound understanding of Travel Studio and complete all bookings with the highest standard of accuracy.
