A CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS necessita de incorporar um/a Cozinheiro para a CATALONIA PORTO localizado no centro do Porto.

PRINCIPAIS TAREFAS
• Colaboração com o chefe de cozinha e execução adequada dos processos de recebimento de matéria-prima, armazenamento, degelo, controle de temperatura, manuseio e limpeza e desinfecção. Na ausência do chef, supervisão das tarefas acima.
• Preparação e apresentação dos pratos
• Efetuando a limpeza periódica estabelecida no plano elaborado.
• Manipulação de alimentos de acordo com as normas vigentes.
• Rever e controlar o material utilizado na cozinha, comunicando qualquer incidente a este respeito.
• Colaborar no planejamento de cardápios e cardápios
• Colaborar na gestão de custos e estoque, bem como nas compras
• Controlar e zelar pela conservação e uso dos produtos que lhes são disponibilizados.
