Sobre el trabajo
Las principales tareas a desarrollar son las siguientes:
• Recepción de los clientes: Check-in y Check-out
• Gestión relacionada con ocupación y venta de las habitaciones
• gestión de reservas individuales y grupos
• entradas de rooming lists
• gestionar reservas de agencias de viajes
• gestión de comisiones
• redacción de informes diarios y semanales
• gestión del sistema de tarifas y disponibilidad de OTA’S
• Gestión de incidencias, pero no resolución
• Coordinación con la central de reservas en Barcelona¡
