This role is ideal for a creative, passionate individual looking for their next step to join our amazing team at arguably the greatest tennis venue in the word.

The ideal candidate will be methodical, hardworking and have experience in a similar role.

Overall purpose of role:

To plan, organise and direct the preparation of the food ensuring the companies reputation for food quality is enhanced with the clients and customers. Ensure the successful delivery of all food in both the members dining room, club room and support all members events, external to the club house.

Responsible for the compliance health, safety, food hygiene and COSHH regulations. drive sales through centrally driven menu plans and promotions and ensure compliance through preferred suppliers. Support the executive chef with menu development for the championships. provide the highest quality of service to customers and client in line with food service offer that is applicable to sector and client.
