Job Brief

As a Guest Services Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for guests who speak German.

Communication: Effectively communicate with guests in German both verbally and in writing, to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and address any concerns or issues they may have.
Guest Assistance: Provide personalized assistance to guests, ensuring they have a comfortable and memorable stay. This includes greeting and welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, and coordinating special requests or arrangements.
Language Support: Serve as a language resource for guests and colleagues, facilitating effective communication between different parties within the organization.
Cultural Sensitivity: Display cultural sensitivity and awareness, ensuring that guest needs and preferences are understood and respected within their cultural context.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as maintaining guest records, preparing reports, and handling guest feedback and surveys.

Candidate profile:

Fluent in German in both oral and written communication
Diploma in Hospitality management or any other similar field.
Previous experience in a similar role of minimum 2 years.
Strong customer service orientation
Team oriented
