The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

About the role
Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens is looking for a Chef de Partie for NIGHT SHIFT only, who will be responsible for executing culinary creations with precision and creativity, and will join our beautiful culinary team.

What you will do

• To supervise and coordinate the preparation of food items as per guest orders or as assigned by kitchen management in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
• To supervise and coordinate the activities of the pastry employee/s engaged in preparation of breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, coffee breaks, plated function and dinner food items, across the various meal periods.
• To participate in the production of said items following the standards set by the Executive Chef/Restaurant Chef.
• To keep fellow employees motivated by creating a positive work environment.
• To plan production for the department according to the needs of the hotel and cold/hot kitchen.
• To maintain B.E.O. paperwork and order the proper amount of supplies and product needed for the daily operation.
• To ensure the correct and approved recipe are distributed to the fellow employees.

• Exclusive availability for night shifts: commitment to working exclusively during nighttime hours, requiring candidates to be prepared for overnight shifts in the culinary environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary certification
• Requires several years of experience working in professional kitchens.
• Attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
