About the location:

Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage rates, inventory, and parity across all distribution channels.
Take ownership of OTA market manager relationship.
Assist in preparation and follow up of weekly revenue strategy meetings.
Work with Sales in handling Group bookings, GRC meetings, Cut off dates, etc.
Update and maintain daily pick up reporting to Director of Revenue and key members of the revenue strategy team.
Review Daily Report Package (new bookings, new cancellations, guest rate check, market code verification, upgrades by room type).
Prepare and distribute the weekly 15-day forecast for operations.
Prepare and review a weekly update of booking pace and forecast reports.
Assist with month end reporting that evaluate revenue management and reservations performance.
Manage and assist the reservations team with the help of the Reservations Manager.
Assist in market share STR reporting and analysis.
Maintain demand-generating calendars – holidays, special events, city wides, etc.
Conduct audits to ensure all rate plans are set up properly and the inventory controls are as pre-determined by DORM.
Review and analyze group trends such as tentative to definite percentage, wash factors, and optimal group booking windows.
Initiate pricing analysis and recommendations.
Leverage IDeaS revenue management system.
Skills:
Demonstrated strong analytical skills required.
High attention to detail required.
Ability to apply analytical skills to identify revenue opportunities and risks.
Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally to achieve goals.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macros) and Opera.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
English language fluency. Greek language is a plus.
IDeaS RMS knowledge is a plus.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hotel management, business administration/strategy, or related field.
Entry level experience working in hotel revenue management or similar business analytics and strategy role preferred.
