The Catering Events Coordinator is a central member of the Catering and Events Team. From small, intimate business meetings to elegant weddings and banquets, the Catering and Events Team focuses on booking our public room space, designing menus and coordinating events to ensure they happen flawlessly.  The Coordinator provides administrative assistance to Catering and Events Managers. This position assists with administering contracts, BEO’s, our Change and Guarantee System and is responsible for general office administration. The Coordinator maintains the client filing system and provides other support wherever needed.

What We Look For:

We are looking for individuals who have a solid knowledge of food and beverage, ability to evidence strong business acumen, have a proven track record displaying creativity and excellent communication skills. A good working knowledge of all MS systems; Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher are required. Working knowledge of Delphi is ideal. Applicants must also have a high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. A positive attitude and a can-do approach to any task are essential!

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
